This portfolio was collated after a trip to New York in the Spring of 2001, with an exhibition of selected photographs planned for September 2001.
The tragic events of September 11th shifted the purpose and focus of the exhibition. With the support of the American Embassy in London the exhibition became a celebration of New York capturing the vitality of the city and its magnificent architecture, and became a tribute to the true spirit of New York.
All profits from print sales went to the New York Fire Department Relief Fund.
